The amendment to the act on construction law contains EU requirements concerning implementation of EU Directive 2002/91/EC, that is Energy Performance Certificates to polish law.

Prices contain on-site verification, necessary calculations based on technical specification of building/residential premise, preparing the Energy Performance Certificate and delivering it to the customer.
In case of deficiency of specification, the cost of preparing
construction inventory should be added, which is 25-50% of the price (depends on difficulty level).
Prices for buildings bigger than 200m2 can by higher, when building’s design is very complicated. In that case, prices are settled individually.
